Spring/Fall 2009 Rental Information


We are now accepting reservations for the upcoming spring and autumn seasons.
The home is available for full weeks or weekends.

The rates listed below are effective from May 1 to July 4 and
September 5 to December 15, 2009.

Spring/Fall Rates:	Full Week	$800 + tax*
	2 Night Weekend	$525 + tax*
	3 Night Weekend	$600 + tax*

A cleaning fee of $50 and a refundable damage deposit of $200
are also required for each rental.

* A Vermont rooms tax of 9% is required of all properties renting for fewer than 30 days per state law.

We will email you back a rental agreement form if the dates are still available.

In the meantime, imagine a sunset or moonlight canoe ride where it is so quiet that the
only sound you hear is your own paddle as you lift it out of the mirror smooth water.

How about an evening in front of a roaring fire in the living room? You share memorable conversation

and a bottle of wine with family or friends while the youngsters play
board games nearby or in the family room downstairs.

Can’t you picture yourself on a warm summer day hanging at the lake with the kids or friends?
Play in the sand or taking turns performing your best cannonball jumps off the floating
raft into the cool clear water.

Make strawberry ice cream in our ice cream maker out on the huge wrap around deck from
berries you picked up at a road side stand while dinner is cooking on the grill.
